Impact Research and Development Organization is a registered Kenyan Non-Governmental Organization with a main office in Kisumu and regional offices in Bondo, Nyando, Rongo, Migori, Nyatike, Homa Bay, Suba and Pokot North. Offices in other parts of the country will open up from October 2012.
Its principal mandate is to design, implement and evaluate HIV/AIDS research and intervention programs that improve the health status of individuals and local communities.
We are looking for qualified and experienced personnel to fill in the following positions

Manage funds for the program, prepare bank reconciliations.
Handle financial expenditure and report on the same, and prepare budgets etc.

Minimum Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in Commerce - Accounting or Finance Option.
    Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
    At least 3 years’ experience in an NGO setting.
    Good knowledge of Accounting software and Microsoft Office Packages.
    Experience with preparing budgets for proposals is an added advantage.
